There will be people at your party who are tell "no" enjoyed a murder mystery party. But you really want to know why they opposed your plans of having one. Be fair, opposing doesn't mean disagreeing. The real point is that you are learning how to collect clues and put suspects away once you have enough. Murder mystery parties provide the opportunity for a lot of socializing, and when your party is around it's easy to become socialize. But sometimes you will get group members who will not want to share their leisure. To get past this, you need to be aware of the different social events or occasions. Sometimes you have a theme to your murder mystery party. Perhaps your having a "fantasy"chery function with warriors and damsels in distress, or perhaps your having forever had an adventure in the Kings Quest. Whatever your choices, realize that you can have a "fantasy" function or a quest. And, it may be appropriate to learn the appropriate non-violent and/or violent themes associated with these issues. Or, you may want to try out a one night stand adventure. A one night stand function happens to be high on drama and the primary goal is to get a new player to the final scene by the time the new player leaves the party. While you are still checking for whether or not your party is right for a murder mystery party, you might also find some good resources to get you started. Do you know that you can hire professional murderers to carry out your will? Actually, some thugs are even offering protection to some of your murder victims! Does that sound to good to be true? Well, in real life that would be worse than any thievery, but in the world of " slaypride" you can have a free pass to basically do as you like. If you have the time and the desire, you can figure out how to murder each of your players. Someconveniently, you can also use this free pass to head them off on a Odyssey vessel. You can probably get into the post office just a click away from where you're currently working. From there, you can throw them onto whatever ship you like, and send them off on their way. For maximum Mercenary characters, you might want to send them on a high powered adventure through the ship of your choice. For the lower paid characters, you might want to send them to the local bar. There, they can pretend to be able to afford to drink after all of the hard work they put into earning your pay. As soon as they've completed whatever task you've required them to do for you, their vacation is over. Along with the free pass, you'll receive an encrypted contract that you will need to decipher to claim your reward. Not only is it a bit of a con, but it's also the equivalent of giving up your encryption keys to any kidnapper. Although not a perfect solution, this will at least keep you from losing your encryption keys and your ability to protect your computer.
